Hilary Burke is a board-certified clinical pharmacist, healthcare leader, and educator with more than 15 years of experience leading clinical operations, pharmacy services, and organizational transformation within nationally recognized health systems.
As CEO of Steady State Investments, Hilary brings a deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical innovation, and the realities of delivering care to the investment process. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, developed innovative pharmacy services, and led initiatives that improved quality, patient outcomes, operational performance, and financial stewardship.
Hilary is passionate about identifying and supporting exceptional people who are challenging conventional thinking and building companies with the potential to create meaningful, lasting impact in healthcare. Michael Burke is a Principal Investor of Steady State Investments, where he oversees the operations and investment strategies for our family of corporations. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning Fortune 10 retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical merchandising, supply chain, and business transformation, Michael helps organizations navigate complex business challenges and unlock sustainable value.
Throughout his career, Michael has led multi-billion-dollar business portfolios, negotiated some of the largest pharmaceutical purchasing and supply agreements in the United States, and developed innovative market strategies that have delivered measurable financial and operational results. His experience includes overseeing more than $50 billion in annual pharmaceutical purchasing, leading enterprise-wide negotiations, launching industry-first healthcare products, and creating strategies that improve both customer outcomes and organizational performance.
